Our Venues
We have three beautiful green and sunlit spaces for you to enjoy. The Kookaburra Room, Treetops Café and Saltwater Bar & Bistro all come with their own personality, and will be the perfect back drop for your laid back or formal soirée.
The festive vibe will be palpable as we set up your space in cocktail style or decked out in white table cloths with red and green napery for a formal sit-down meal.
The Christmas tree will be sparkling with decorations, and the seasonal tunes will be drifting through the air to set the tone for your end of year celebration.

Our Menus
Grazing Boards
A beautifully presented selection of premium antipasto, cured meats, and cheeses, served with artisan bread, crackers, dips and accompaniments. These boards look amazing and provide a stunning centrepiece for cocktail parties, and they are commonly paired with Platters.
Platters
Our platters are also ideal for cocktail and stand-up events. Each tray is decoratively arranged with 30 pieces of the same item. Café, Cocktail & Classic platters provide simple serves of spring rolls and seasonal fruit, through to sumptuous salt & pepper squid sweet tomato tarts. Self service and roaming staff options are available.
Christmas Set Menu
We've also put together a 2 or 3 course menu option including a complimentary house beverage (Sparkling, Wine or Beer) and a house beverage on arrival (sparkling, wine or beer). Entree and Dessert are alternate drop.

What is the maximum capacity for conference rooms?
Our largest space, the Saltwater Bar & Bistro, accommodates up to 150 guests in a cocktail setting. Our other rooms can cater to any smaller head counts.
Can you provide catering for my event?
Yes. With a full bar & bistro on-site, we are able to provide food and drinks for any size of meeting or conference.
Is there parking available on-site?
Complimentary parking is available for all guests and we have a courtesy bus (please ask in advance).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
