Duty Manager

We’re in need of a full time Duty Manager to keep things running smoothly at our Saltwater Bar & Bistro.

What you’ll do

• Open and close the venue like a pro

• Manage Asked to Leave situations with authority and calm

• Handling cellar operations – you've changed a keg or two in your time

• Support and guide the team

• Ensure customers leave with a smile on their face

What we need

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA)

• Responsible Conduct of Gaming certification (RCG)

• Confidence with POS, EGM and TAB queries

• Natural leader by example – steady under pressure but approachable

• Weekend + public holiday availability

• Able to talk about wine without putting people to sleep (a bonus)

Food & Beverage staff

We’re also looking for casual workers across the Saltwater Bar & Bistro, Treetops Café, Sports Bar and our function rooms.
