Across our property we require a vast array of skills and interests in various areas including;

• Hotel and Bar operation
• Reception operation and management
• Chef apprenticeships, sous chefs and kitchen management
• Housekeeping operation
• Grounds, maintenance and gardening areas
• Functions and events co-ordination and execution
• Bottle shop and Courtesy Bus operation
• Hospitality Management

We pride ourselves on providing our guests and patrons with an outstanding experience at our property through the leadership and management of our team. This must be done in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements. Skills or certificates are helpful in some of the roles across our property, such as;

• Food service experience
• Bar and gaming operations (RSA, RCG)
• Unrestricted drivers license,
• First aid certificate
• Forklift licenses

Previous experience within the hospitality industry is desirable. We seek to grow our team with people that possess passion, enthusiasm and a strong orientation towards customer service. Our roles are ideally suited to individuals passionate about hospitality or hospitality professionals who are flexible to work a variety of shifts (which will include weekends, evenings and public holidays).
